Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Last updated: January 2026

This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement outlines the commitment of 4Remote, Inc. (“4Remote”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to preventing modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking in our business operations and supply chains.

Our Organisation

4Remote, Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation providing cybersecurity solutions to organizations worldwide. We operate internationally, with offices in the United States and the United Kingdom, and engage with suppliers, partners, and service providers across multiple jurisdictions.

We are committed to conducting our business ethically, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable laws, including US federal and state laws addressing forced labour and human trafficking.

Our Commitment

4Remote maintains a zero-tolerance approach to

  • Modern slavery
  • Forced or compulsory labour
  • Human trafficking
  • Child labour

This commitment applies across our operations and throughout our supply chains.

Policies and Governance

Our approach to preventing modern slavery is supported by internal policies and practices, including

Ethical business conduct standards

  • Fair and lawful employment practices
  • Expectations placed on suppliers and partners to comply with applicable labour and human rights laws

We expect all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners to act with integrity and to uphold these standards.

Supply Chain Overview

Our supply chains primarily consist of

  • Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers
  • Software and technology vendors
  • Professional and consulting services
  • Operational, administrative, and marketing service providers

Given the nature of our business and industry, we assess the inherent risk of modern slavery within our direct operations as low. Nonetheless, we recognize that risks may exist in extended supply chains and remain vigilant.

Due Diligence and Risk Management

To identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking, we take reasonable, risk-based steps which may include

  • Working with reputable and established suppliers
  • Assessing supplier risk based on geography, service type, and industry
  • Expecting suppliers to comply with applicable labour, employment, and human rights laws
  • Reserving the right to review, remediate, or terminate supplier relationships where ethical standards are not met

Training and Awareness

We promote awareness of ethical conduct and responsible business practices within our organization. Relevant employees are expected to understand the importance of identifying and reporting concerns related to labour exploitation or human trafficking.

Reporting and Accountability

We encourage employees, partners, and third parties to report any concerns or suspected violations related to modern slavery or human trafficking.

Concerns may be raised confidentially via:
Email: support@4remote.io

Reports may be made without fear of retaliation.

Continuous Improvement

4Remote is committed to continuous improvement in preventing modern slavery and human trafficking. We will periodically review this statement and our practices and update them as our business, supply chains, and regulatory obligations evolve.

Approval

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of 4Remote, Inc. and is issued on its behalf.
